The units are modern, tidy with AC, beautiful views plus balcony. The setting is good and lovely, just off Saranda ad Saranda boulevard/promenade and Close to promenade. For lunch or dinner go to Ftelea Markate Peshku, located next door to the hotel.

This location was great and stunning, short walk to the main beach, beach of Sarande and Saranda ad Saranda boulevard/promenade. The lunch in Piceria Alfa a short walk from the hotel had every choice imaginable. I booked a room with a big bed, an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Really friendly staff, nicely decorated room and handy location. Fairly large suite and exceptionally comfortable bed. The atmosphere created here was relaxed. Breakfast was savoury, lots of food, little balcony. Appreciated Sarande, the hotel was hip new. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was romantic.

the reason we truly enjoyed it was nice cleanliness and staff. in our double room there was a lovely view of sea. not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. we went to tani's restaurant, located a short walk to the hotel, to have some dinner. fabulous base for a 2-night stay.
