It was fairly clean, staff was exceptionally nice. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. The hotel's location was central, in a conservatory where the view of the castle can be admired. And it was also next to the center of Berat, near the fortress and the gift shop.

Spent here 1 good day and would come here again. In relation to the great price paid, it was special place to stay with outstanding service. The double room was functional, included a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels.

Really nice overall experience. The venue is distinctive and modern. Terrific service, outstandingly accommodating staff during stay. Great location a 10-15 minute walk from Bogove Waterfall. And really close to the historic city center, an excellent restaurant and a good restaurant for dinner. Inviting bar area.
